I recommend ” Acuppressure for emotional wellbeing “ as a SUPPORT to ones wellbeing. It is self administered and able to be used in conjunction with one’s chosen health support preferences. There is a section on Trauma. These days everyone has experienced trauma in one way or another.
This is only my opinion and not that of a medical practitioner or alternative health provider. Over my life time i’ve survived heinous events I found this book a few months ago. For me it has been very constructive as an adjunct to healthy diet and exercise
